We understand life can be rather unpredictable. It is with this understanding, we have adopted a cancellation policy that benefits all parties. All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance but patients can elect to gift their cancellation time slot to a friend or family member. You will be charged $100 for any missed appointment.
House calls cancellations must have at least 24 hours notice or the patient will be billed at full cost of $250. Again, patients can elect to gift their canceled appointment to a friend or family member to cover any lost time.
